The recumbent DuraFirmTM back pad adjusts to fit any size user and eliminates lower back strain. The ProDual Leg Extension & Leg Curl machine also features pop-pin adjustable footpads to assure proper alignment, while the adjustable thigh pads provide stabilization during exercise.
